We are not a bulk billing practice. Payment in full is required on the day of consultation (if you elect to take the account with you, an additional fee of $20.00 will be charged – a 90 day credit limit applies). We accept Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS and Direct Debit.
Bulk billing applies only to:
- Veterans’ Affairs card holders
- Children under 16
Bulk billed consultations apply to:
- Pension and Health Care Card holder for consultations – procedures and additional services will be charged
Non-Attendance, Late Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
As our doctors are often fully booked, we require at least 2 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to attend or cancelling late will incur a fee of $50 for standard appointments and $100 for long appointments. If you arrive late, your GP may not be able to see you, or the consultation may be limited to the remaining appointment time. If you are unable to be seen due to late arrival, the non-attendance fee will apply. Extenuating circumstances may be discussed with your regular GP by contacting reception.
